Default Stock 4.8L Silverado (2001)

Hey guys! I'm new here so...I have a 2001 Silveado 4.8L, any ideas for a perfect first mod? around $700? I was thinking dual exhaust with flowmaster super 40 mufflers and a volant ram air intake kit? any other suggestions? Thanks!

Why get a custom tune if his truk is stock? seems like a wast of money. buy a torq converter heads headers etc. then get it tuned. i would go with a torq conterter. i dont really like flowmaster. but its your truck!!!

NO Flowmaster!!!!!!!!!!! They suck. . Get a set cat back from magna flow. Then with what you have left get your self a intake. Then you will need to save some money and buy a FI system. I know that a Radix will do you good

gears, posi, and a stall.
then a tune..
then I would work on the exhaust with some Long tubes, and cat back.

the first mods to ever do i think should be CAI and exhaust.

exhaust adds some HP, sounds good, and looks good, so why not start with that 1st.
