i just got an 03 rcsb silverado 4.8,and thats the first thing i got was the wet nitrous kit,then i removed the muffler,and replaced that with piping and a cutout where the muffler used to be.sounds pretty good to me...next i want a cai.

Hmm, Arent Wait4me's tunes still 75 bucks?

If you dont have efans, why not do E-Fans, Cutout, Tune. E-fans = to prolly 250, tune 75, cutout 50. Thats 375. I would sya get exhaust as well..but i run my cutout all the time haha. Anyways, I think youd see a godo gain in E-fans, CAI, Cutout, and Tune. Still WELL under your 700 mark. And its jsut a good basic starting point for more power.

Next you might consider, posi and a stall, headers or Nitrous. But that all depends on how far you wanna take it.
