Default Steering shaft issue after ARH install

Hi .
i knew of the this issues about the steering shaft being close to one of the primary tube of the header , we grinded down the protruding bolts to gain some clearance . All seemed well no more binding or stopping me from turning but I happened to notice tho a moan/grinding noise that comes on half way into the full rotation of left and right at low speeds , has anyone ran into this? Any help is appreciated ..

How are your motor mounts? My arh headers fit really well but I run solid motor mounts

Yes , we checked motor mounts they seemed fine , I spoke to arh they told me to have my mechanic loosen the header bolts and adjust them away from the steering shaft as they said their some adjustment .. we will see as for the steering moan I’m thinking it might be steering box but idk it’s really annoying lol finally threw the expected po430 code , waiting on my retune to come in , I gotta say tho I am very pleased with arh quality and my truck sounds like a rapped ape !! I’m thinking I need to add a resonator as it’s way too loud for my liking a wot ..it sure brought out my cam lobe it gonna be kinda hard to hide that now lol..
its been one helluva journey lol

after i I got off the phone with arh today , they seen my dilemma and are building me a new driver side header ..

Arh are top notch customer service and by no means a knock against their work , imho their the best ,and am very pleased with there work and craftsmanship .. for the best customer service and top notch work I have no problem paying higher price ..

i forgot to include it it was cylinder number 1 primary tube and the steering shaft coupling the ribs on it was rubbing on the primary tube .
