Stall speed and TC quality
I've been checking into converters and notice that there are companies that have standard stall speed converters (i.e. Yank TT2600, TT300) and then there are others like Hughes that say they can build you a converter to stall at any speed you want. Are there any differences in quality between pre-fab and built-to-order converters?
Also, can it be assumed that all TC's are lockup TC's?
So far I am looking at Yank, Vig, Hughes, and TCI. Does anyone have any experience or comments with these companies or their TC's? Anyone I'm missing?

Go with the Yank. It's really hard to beat the TT3000.I don't know anything about Hughes converter, but in a heavy truck like an Avalanche I wouldn't even try a TCI converter.

Ive got a PI Vigilante. It was originally a 3000, but I had it restalled to 2800. I really like it. Yank and PI are both high quality converters. Most go with Yank, but Im stupid and I have to be different. I couldve gotten a new Radix for what I'll have invested in the Vortech and I'll still make less power.
