what the biggest stall a stock trans can handle?

Trailblazer maybe? I personally would not do a stall without a Transgo and servo.

i was planning on a transgo and servo, will it handle a 3000 stall?

It should, I've seen some last with nitrous with just stall, shift kit and servo.

that would be no problem but while you are adding the servo and stuff you need an external cooler too.
