Is your exhaust very loud does it sound good?

 

well I have the same muffler and setup stock as these guys do except the tip. it was not hardly noticable. you could hear it onm the outside when you got on it but the engine IMO made alot mroe noise then the exhaust + it's pretty restrictive. I jsut put a dual in single out magnaflow on my truck and it's still not annoying at all you can jsut tell something is their if you listen close. can't wait to get the cats off and an x pipe in .

 

My stock exhaust system was not that loud.......

 

Mine wasn't very loud either,even with the headers and the stock muffler. Now with the Magnaflow with the resonaters it is much louder.

 

I'm sure its louder than my stock.

 

I think that my exhaust sound is perfect. I have a upd intake, and completely stock exhaust. It is completely silent while cruising and has a beautiful growl when I get on it. It makes me not want to upgrade even though there is a little more power to be had.

 

the 10.0:1 compression 6.0 makes it louder even if you had the same exhaust.

 

im fully aware of that.

 

I am still running my stock exhaust on mine and I like the sound of it. I have got about 30,000 on my truck now so it is nice and broken in, definitely don't notice it in the cab too much but outside of the truck gettin into the throttle it's alot more noticable than a stock exhaust on a truck with the 4.8 or 5.3 but I also have a descent size cam also.

 

not loud enough, you could hear it inside the cab with the windows up pretty easily as long as you were on it. i fixed mine two weeks after purchase!
