That cam @ that lift you are gonna give up approx. .030" valve lash because of a smaller base circle using the stock lenght push rod. Our trucks use a larger 1.550" base circle. I recommend ordering your cam with a 1.450" base and using Comp's .050" longer than stock rod and maintaining your original geometry. Might make a difference in valve train noise.

No big deal on the install. If you can do an Fbod, you can do this. Easier to do the springs as well. No need to remove the AC condenser, but the radiator will need to be lifted up and out of the way.

I'm pretty sure you'll need some tuning with a B1 cam.
