ss bumper help

hey guys im lookin for an ss bumper and i was lookin on ebay and i found this but this price seems too cheap to me for an ss bumper? am i not reading something right or is it a good deal?

so ss bumpers are just the ss shell over the orgninal bumper?

yes, that is correct.

the auction is at 99 cents, reserve not met and the shipping is $150, it probably has at least a $200 reserve plus shipping costs

The original ss bumpers arnt made of fiberr glass.these are cheap because there not made of the good stuff. i can get one of those at the flea market for less than 150$.
