Default sparkplugs

When i have more than 3/4 a tank of gas my truck has trouble stating. could it be the spark plugs? when im on E my truck starts fine. so WTF is going on? my fuel pump is new about 3k miles new (give or take).

also how often should you change your sparkplugs and when do you know they need to be changed? i think they are old b/c w/ 70k miles on my truck it still had the factory fuel filter on it so......enough said. and no im not the orig. owner im the 2nd!

one more q. if i do change them any names of some good comp. and how much am i looking to spend???

thanks!

i think that would be geared more towards a pump problem. the plugs dont know how much fuel is in there. i would check the regulater first. maybe even replace it. if you are going to change the plugs i would go with ngk tr55.
