Default sparkplug experiment

has anyone done or experimented with this? try adjusting spark plug gap to advance timing to increase HP. read this article, it says to try increasing the gap by 0.010" increments from the factory specs of 0.060"

Default Re: sparkplug experiment

That article seems to be talking about older trucks, and besides our trucks already use a .060 gap and the article basically says to stop experimenting at .060. I would not go any higher than that or you could misfire. Try the NGK TR 55 plugs at .060 or even .057 and you might get the little gain you are looking for.
