Default Sorry another cam question.

Looking for a decent cam for my 6.0 build. I did a search numerous times but everyone is upgrading their heads or haven them milled or building somthin bigger. This is going to get new bearings, rings hone put whatever springs I get on the heads check the valves an have them pressure test unless theres more that needs done. The truck is 4wd so its on the heavier side. I already have a 3200 stall.
Will probly get bigger injectors also.

been looking at these cams 228/228, 224/228 an I called tsp an they told me the torquer v2 cam.

So I need some input on what u guys recommend.
Goals are fun filled daily driver MABE boost down the road.

If I left anything out please feel free to ask.

Thanks zeke

I'm running a 223/231 610/617 110 plus 3 ( tickperformance sns stage 1) with brian tooly double springs on 317 heads milled a little with a .040 head gasket in a .030 6.0 (370) with a circle D 3000 stall. with a so/so tune it is really strong. I also have a 4L80e with 4.88 gears and 35 inch tires.

What is your exhaust setup going to be? Stock intake?

Plan on getting injectors, springs and pushrods. How many miles on the motor? May want lifters and timing chain also.

I think that a cam in the 220-224- 112lsa range, even with that split would work well with the 3200 verter, make the power in a lower range to get the weight moving. And will pull strong all the way up tp where that tbss intake will like it. Just my op

I have long tube headers, ory, gibson exhaust, cai, got a tbss intake to put on also. Depends on if I max my injectors out. I will be getting ls7 lifters ls2 chain an push rods. Motor has around 115k on it.
