no dont need another gasket, I can use the same one....

as for getting another thermostat, Im just trying to get all the free mods as possible,,, I did the throttle bypass too, thats another free mod..

New t-stat for the 99-03's (it's part of the housing) is over $50, bb mod is free. (sorta , but I thought that I read somewhere that the newer style can be swapped into the older style if you buy the new housing??)
