Default Engine Oil add/fill tube.

I noticed oil smell and after inspection I noticed the fill tube was not all the way connected. Looks like some sort of blue gasket sorta hanging out. How does this reconnect? I believe it screws on. I didn't want to force until I confirm this.

sometimes i had a hard time screwing it back on.. just push on it really hard and it'll pop back into the hole. The oil buring might be a little bit of oil that seeped out and got on the headers.

Thanks. That is what I thought. I live in Canton and work in Cummings. I'm in sales so I'm usually all over the place.
