I am working on swapping this 5.3 into my s10 and had a few questions. It is a 06 out of a silverado.

I toke off the dbw t/b and going to run a cable t/b, but what are yall doing for the throttle cable/cruise cable brackets? Is there a part number for what I need or does someone have it on here? There is nothing on the side of the manifold to hold them.

Has any one plugged this up where the evap went? What did you use?


Are these flex fuel injectors or regular?

This should be the part number for the bracket 15709993. It bolts to the top of the manifod to three of the brass inserts. All I did to plug the egr hole(or whatever that useless part was) was to dip a bolt in some epoxy then shove it in there.

Thanks, I actually found a egr plate blockoff from a lt1 that blocked the evap hole perfect. And going to call gm and get that part number coming, I appreciate it.
