So, is there any exhaust shop that does custom mandrel bent work?
#1
I live in ct, and i can't find any in new england, but i may be wrong. I"m willing to take a vacation with my truck, and end up at a town with a shop that does custom mandrel bent exhaust work. The reason i need custom, is because i have my exhaust exiting through my roll pan. My setup now is ok, but it's not mandrel, and it looks a lil hokey, so i just wanna eventually get a nice mandrel bent, tuned system. Anyone know of a shop that does it, without really hitting your wallet ?

i'm just used to smallblock with flowmaster sound, and i love it Can't seem to find a sound that i like for these motors yet..... that works for horsepower too. I'm thinking 3.5" tailpipes after the mufflers, ( probably magnaflow's ) maybe it'll lower the tone some. Or, possible have the megaphone effect and make it worse..... lol, who knows. Probably Thorley headers 2.5" into my Slp high flow cats, then the mufflers.
