Thanks Jim, you will have them in a day once they are shipped..You will be happy with the headers.. They look good. Only thing I am not a huge fan of is the SW tags they welded onto the front primaries. I think ima cut them off

But seriously, I got that trick from another member here.

If the pipes fit together snugly, there's no need for any foil.

The band clamps on my dynas seal perfectly because the pipes fit perfectly together.

I tell you what if there headers look as good as this Y pipe, they are the best deal out there(if they fit) I am still kinda impressed..

Also the slip fit, was actually kinda tight, took a little bit of a push to get them together..

CHARCOLD-
Do you have any pics od your exhaust, so I can get a idea..Also are you stainless??

Thanks gents

Im running a 4nch i think its alumunized steel?, or galvanized peice of four inch back to a 4 inch deisel flo thru muffler. I will try to grab pics.

just for some sort of a reference, this is three inch pipe, with a bend. We just ran 4 inch straight through that same hole with no bend. muffler stayed in the same place. back when I had a 60e.

If you see that first clamp, right by the wategate, there back is 4 inch. used a reducer to get on to it. All v bands. two total and exhaust removes pretty easily. I have a muffler with about a foot. ANd just a straight joint of 5 foot pipe.
