I'm running one on my 07 4.8 liter. IMO sounds good, a bit raspy, but I like that. Drones a bit too at certain speeds. I've got mine dumped though too. I've heard that if I was to run it to the back, it'd get rid of the drone. It's loud, no doubt about it, but sounds good. If you have no cats, it'll be too much, they are just basicly a hollow tube.

If I had a sound clip I'd post it.

Oh, it also depends on if it is the loudmouth 1 "shotgun" resonators or the LM2 Mufflers. The mufflers are like a bullet with the packing and the resonators are just a hollow tube which are obviously louder.

I have the same setup. Longtubes, no cats, ory pipe, loudmouth one, duals. Too much popping and loud. I added a cutout for when I wanted it loud and put on some resonated tips to mellow it out. I never had drone with the loudmouth, but mine has always been all the way back. IMO, on a stock truck, it is the best sounding setup out there, once the cats are gone, it just gets out of hand.

I have long tubes, no cats, 2.5'' duals, the slp loud mouth bullets, dumped just before the axle. I bought the loud mouths of a guy so im not sure what they are but there is nothing in them, a little raspy but i love em. heres a video of my fun last weekend.
