I had longtubes on my silverado with a catted y-pipe and could pass a plug in Obd2 test no problem. The rear 02's would show as ready. I believe in the tune you shut off the ses light portion to no report. But not completely delete the rear O2's. Your gonna have to get tuned anyways so tell your tuner you need to pass a plug in emissions test and they can do it for you.

Yeah i guess that makes sense, so what would happen if i did long tubes and did rear o2 sensor simualtors? would that keep the computers happy?

Just a get a tune to have the rear O2 turned off. I have the ebay long tubes and had jesse at wait4me tune out the rear O2 and delete the egr. I have passed the MD emissions twice and just moved to PA with no problem on inspection or emission.

hmm im looking at long tubes off ebay as well they are DNA tuning for $320, how much is a wait4me tune, and is your tune just for the sensor deletes or for performance as well? because i only want this done so i can pass emissions i am not concerned with air to fuel or shift points or anything
