380-395 depending on conditions. Where did you get those heads?

Yep, 375-400 depending on the rest of the drivetrain and tuning.

For your setup dual 3" exhaust is overkill, your probably loosing a fair amount of torque with that much exhaust.

Give us some more info on the heads, what size valves? CC of combustion chamber? Intake port cc? Exhaust port cc?

Running a few dyno pulls to see what your running don't cost much, cost about $40 in my area. This would give you a true number and cut out all the guessing and BS .

What body style truck do you have? It may be pretty fun with the current power level you have. I didn't meet my goal of 400rwhp but the truck is still a blast to drive!

( i went with duil 3" because is am goin going to be running with a blower at a prettyhigh psi.. so i wanted to get the exhaust done now so i don thave to pay for it twice)
( vales are 1.570 on ex and in is 2.020) i dont know what the actuall cc of the combustion chambers is but the guy that did the head work said they were around 289 cfm and i have no clue on the int and ext ports)
(a dyno here is 500)

(i have the 2000 extended cab z71)
