It happens.

Belts driving superchargers see three times more stress than they would on a stock engine.

I have found the best quality belts to be Dayco PolyCog, available at Kragen. A Goodyear Gatorback lasted me two weeks but did not slip. Every other belt but a Dayco Polycog on my truck slips like mad.

I have a Dayco Polycog on my truck and it make a God aweful whining noise when its cold. After a few minutes, it simply goes away. All pulleys are new, and i know its the belt, because my buddy got one for his truck when he put his underdrive pulleys on, and it made the exact same noise. It drives me insane.

I'm thinking faulty belt as well....I've had the original radix belt on for close to 8k miles, no unusual wear or anything.

It's just a test, I'm at shore duty right now so not much of that stuff going on around here.
I really don't have a chance at making it this time, just getting my first look.

Good info, if this replacement belt goes south, I'll check out that Dayco.
I'm not the type of guy that believes in babying things so they don't break. I like to have, in general, a bulletproof set-up, ..........while operating a system within its design intent.

2 things to report:

One, Magnuson sent me a replacement belt under the Radix Warranty, Absolutely awesome!!! Who else would have done that? IMO, very few companies. It's extremely nice to deal with a company that stands behind all components of the kit.

Two, The edges of my replacement (Napa/Gates) belt are fraying a little bit, is this normal?

A little bit is normal. There has to be some point where they slice them apart. I would consider this excessive:
