Just curious...is a Hobbs switch appropriate for use with gasoline as the pressure medium? I thought they were made for air only, but maybe I'm wrong.

-4 AN female fitting is what you need to hook to the shrader valve.

Just don't forget to disconnect the battery, and have a rag ready to drain off the pressure before you remove the valve stem.

What is that gonna do??
If you want to keep from spewing gas from the rail when you pull out the schrader valve, pull the fuel pump relay then crank the truck and let it die. Taking the gas cap off is not going to relieve the pressure in the fuel rails.

btw.. a female 4AN is what you need to connect your hobbs switch to the fuel rail at the test port.
