Default Should I put heads on an 80K 5.3 motor??

What kind of gains should I expect if I put some Patriot Stage II 5.3 heads on my truck with all the mods in my sig?? I know I still need a stall, shift kit, posi, gear and a tune. Just trying to decide if I want to go a little faster for the next 20-30k miles or just start saving for a 402 project. Thanks

For less than the price of a set of good heads you can buy a take out 6.0,can you do your own install?

Patriot 5.3 Stage II's are only $1295 with no core. I wish I could do a 6.0 or a 402 for that! LOL
