well the lpp's are very cheap for stainless , but if u dont need it , u dont need it ...

you dont have problems with winter , or rusting so u can get coated paceseters for 400

and yes the lpps LOOK nicer but i bet u they have the same performance gains as pace setters


and looks dont make u go faster ....... unless ur a ricer ...

 

Yes including the y pipe.. They are the best thing out(now), as far as quality,price and fitment goes for a stainless header...

I dunno how you can compare a coated header to a stainless header , for a 100$ more price tag... Thats a no brainer

 

Just ordered my pacesetters yesterday.

 

I'm going to have to say LPP, from what I've seen they are top quality. If you were running high HP that warranted a 3" collector, then maybe I'd lean towards the PaceSetter since you live in AZ and rust isn't an issue.

will stainless help keep underhood temps down? I have heard they are good at heat retention, but didn't know if that was actually true.

 

Where are you guys getting coated pacesetters with a y for 400 bucks? Last time I priced them it was something like 530 after shipping.

 

Texas Speed was the best price I've found them coated for, like $486 for both, not including shipping.

 

yes they do. Stainless steel doesnt conduct heat as much as mild steel. So the heat stays in the pipes
