Default Service 4 wheel drive light

My Service 4 wheel drive light keeps coming on and going off every once in awhile. No real pattern. I get a code "B2725" when I hooded it up to my buddy's Snap On tester. Is there anything that I should check out first? I have 72,000 miles. Thanks.

My Tahoe did the same thing at approximately 30K miles. I was out of town at the time and decided to take it to the dealer. They told me that it happens all of the time and that the 4x4 selector switch panel in dash was bad and needed to be replaced. The dealer swapped out this panel and I have yet to get a service 4x4 light since this install. Just an idea. Obviously, all 4x4's do not have this switch panel as my LS SBSC has the manual selector in the floor.
