For what it's worth...I've been throwing and trashing belts (3 in the last 2 months) and I have a 3" Pulley on my radix. I have finally decended to a 111.0" belt and she seems to be really happy now. So Flyer besides a tight fit, if that 110.5" is working for your 3.1" with no problems that sounds great and I would imagine it will be fine with a 2.9" pulley upgrade as well. IMO ofcourse.

It was a tight fit with the 3.4" pulley. It seems to be a little tight with the 3.1. I just hope it's not gonna slip with the 2.9.

I prolly won't run that one much though. Just enough to make some good passes.

I don't think it will. Again, mine was tight with the 111.0/3.0 combination I imagine yours will be like my girl on our first night! Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigggghhhhhhhhht.

Are you getting the Gatorback local or online ordering?

I'll start another post for the other question I have about pulley size...I'd hate to go ya know. hehehe

I walked in AutoZone and got the belt. I think Summit sells them too if you don't have an AutoZone near.

If you want the Gatorback...Goodyear....

http://www.goodyearbeltsandhose.com/cars/gatopoly.html

My part number would be 4061110

Flyers would be 4061105

If you don't care about the quality of the belt then you can get from any parts store and change the 4 to a K. The K or 4 means Poly V Belt and the 06 as the link explains are the groove counts.

Just an FYI.....the GatorBack sucks! I have used them in the past and they wear out and make noise.
