I circled the two injector plugs that are visible.

They can be tricky to unplug unless you've done it before. Pull the gray tab up, and the whole gray plastic piece will slide up the injector wiring. You don't have to pull all the way out. If you get it to a certain point it will push against a plack tab on the actual connector itself, that is what releases the connector from the injector. If you pull the gray plastic piece all the way out you will have to get in there and release the black tab on your own.

I don't know if this has been suggested but could you just roll up some masking tape in a cone with the sticky side out, making sure it is smaller than the spark plug hole and pressing it up against the treads. This should grab some or most of the shavings? Do it a couple of times to grab as much as you can. Another idea is to get some string and coat it with some oil or grease and just feed it into the cylinder threw the spark plug hole. Feed in enought to get alot of the string into the cylinder itself then just pull it out. Since the string would be coated with some sticky substance it should attach itself to the shavings if any are present. Just an idea......

thats about the best idea thats been suggested so far, all the auto parts had is this crappy 2 sided chaser and i ahev to use a huge 13/16th deep socket and to screw it all the way in it doesnt even go into the recessed part on the head so that doesnt work well. i put dielectric compound on my finger and became david the contortionist and tried to get stuff out like that since its pretty sticky and quite a bit came out but ill try the masking tape and string. im getting frustrated so im taking a break until tonight
