if i was going to go through the trouble of doing something like that honestly i would just get a 6.0. maybe this is a blessing in a horrible disguise... i doubt it though. moneys tight with me and im pretty sure my parents are tired of my habit especially if i have to borrow the money from them

if its only 6" long and attaches to a ratchet i should be alright.

I figured money was tight thus the 5.3 rec. since 6Ls are going to be 1100+.

If you can ge tit screwed in there well you could disconnect he coil pack and run on 7 cylinders for months if you wanted to until you get hte moneyf or a new motor.

would it still be spraying fuel in that cylinder or would it not because the coil was disconnected? i knwo i would be down on power but how badly would the truck run in that situation being down a cylinder?

yea well if im gonna spend money i dont have i might as well spend more of it on something better

All you have to do is disconnect he plug to the injector for that cylinder, no spark and no fuel going to that cylinder. It wouldnt run well, I wouldnt recommencd going WOT but it owouldb e driveable. I have drive on one side of the motor before(remember to plug both banks of coil packs in )

how do you disconnect the plug to the injector? where is it? sorry im not really with it at this point
