Pretty damn tough to beat the eBay CAI. 4" with a big filter and only $60ish.

I plan on switching to a card style MAF while im in there. Figured it was definitely a worthwhile upgrade especially for the higher resolution as compared to the old style maf.

Will look into the AEM bruteforce setup, or just might grab some 4" OD aluminum tubing and get an elbow on order.

The card style maf is not worth the swap.

The 85mm truck maf will flow 1000+ cfm.

I would not use aluminum tubing for a cai. I've data logged an aluminum cai and IATs were up to 150 after idling in a parking lot for 5 minutes. Ambient temperature was about 85 degrees. The same style cai with plastic tubing peaked around 115 degrees.
