How many head bolts does the C5R block have? I agree with XLR8NSS, most of the "other" block options have been way too pricy. I like the sound of that 511 small block in a 68' Camaro with a carb. and a blow thru. Maybe the '57 will morph itself into something like that.

dang!!! with that block i might be able to crank up the turbos i have. i wonder what 35psi would feel like

i was thinking about my next project. kind of leaning toward an old school small block because of the ~1200hp limit with the gen3 but not anymore. 2500hp
