I did not see anyone bitching when GM's small block was copied......verbatim.
I applaud GMPP for what they are doing, keeps us loaded with more options as we move along. Like you said, this block is just a step UP from the WarHawk.

4.25 bore + 4.00 stroke = 454 cubic inches = good enough for me. It's nice to dream. I wonder how long it will be before GMPP offers big cube LSx crate engines or preassembled short blocks like they do for the SBC and BBC.

Ah, let them fight or whatever. Unless the Warhawk prices drop drastically, it's WAY outta mine and a LOT of other peoples league so I really don't care. I just think it's cool that GM has given all us LS freaks a RELATIVELY(probably) inexspensive big bore block to mess with.
