Another thing with the flat top pistons what would my CR be with the 62CC heads? You say bigger how much bigger? I think I am happy with the duration numbers but maybe a Tad more lift since the heads should flow much better than a 317. I'm hoping for 400whp and maybe spray an addicting 100-125 shot on top. I'd like to see 13s NA and high 12s on spray. My last truck was a Duramax that went a 14.3 at 97 spinning so this truck has to faster than that one
You don't even need a cam to run 13s with an LQ9 in an ecsb.

No.. But he will need a converter & tires to pull off a 13 sec pass. Specially if he's weighing 6000-7000lbs.

He doesn't need a converter either.

4.10s, 4l60e, and a tuned stock LQ9 and sticky tires will go 13s in a 2wd ec.

My cammed lq4, wouldn't break a 13 for ****.. 14.14 @ 97 with 3:73's maybe in some good DA it would be possible.

Maybe you needed a better tune.

Mine went 14.06 (2.16 60' IIRC) with stock lq9, headers, stock 4l60e and 4.10s with some big, heavy Toyo 285/60/18s on all 4 corners. It's amazing how much harder this thing pulls with stock sized tires.

With the addition of a Yank 3600 stall (258mm, VERY tight) and 4l80e, it went 13.73, again on the street tires with a 2+ 60'.

My old 1500 HD had a small cam, shortie headers, true dual exhaust with no cats, stock stall and stock sized tires and it would run 14.4-14.5. It was a CC with 4L80E.

Anyone else? What will my CR be with stock gaskets on a lq9 with 62cc chambers? Should be 11.2 or so? Should be very snappy I'd think.
