What's up everybody!! I got a few extra $$$ and was needin some opinions. I was thinkin of buying either an intake, or an HPP3!! I know a Nelson, or Predator tune would be better, but Im just looking for a little improvement!! Out of the intake and programmer, which woud be more practical??? I have a 2003 5.3l!!! Thanks ya'll!!

If you're dead-set on not getting a custom tune, then the HPP3 will be the better of the two. But I've had Hpp3's and Superchips tuners before.....I don't have them now.

Another vote for Nelson tune. If don't have the money for a custom tune now just get yourself a used Hypertech for now and upgrade later.

An HPP3 is better than an intake, just hack the stock air box bottom off for the same effect. A new HPP3 is damn near the same price as a real tune...
