Default Rusty exhaust rained on my day

Greetings, I just bought a 2002 Silverado and my first purchase for it was a dual exhaust caback system from LMC truck. The problem is, the truck is a rust bucket underneath. I went to unbolt the old one, and the bolts wouldn't even budge. Eventually I just started rounding the two nuts down. I would just take a saw to it, but you need the flange on the end to conenct to the new system. Even if I got the nuts off, I'm assuming the two pipes are going to be so rusted togehter they're not going to budge.
Any ideas how I can get this done?
If I took it to a shop, would they be able to do something about it?

Thanks.

They just won't touch it if you don't have cats.

Break the bolts or cut the heads off, then just a little heat last hit the studs out. takes about 5 mins with air tools.
