How much boost do you plan to run? I have converted to a return system.

well around 12 pounds I've heard that if you have a return less system you can just drop a 400 lph fuel pump

I am not sure if a factory regulator can handle that or not. I have aftermarket every thing.

I'm having a similar issue ... my 04 silverado ss .. nnbs intake and returnless rails on tops of my tsp built 408 ... everything is built for boost and after a year of playing on motor finally putting boost to it ... want to be around 15psi ... my question is how did u do ur return .. I've already gotten a spare bucket assembly and installed my walbro 450 ... I really need a parts list for doing all 8an lines and fitting from pump to rails then rails back the a boost referenced reg. Then back to the tank using the old feed line out as my new return in

I can see if I can find a list, every setup is gonna be different depending on how you do it so it's only a quideline if you will.

Shoot an email to Racetronix. They're pretty knowledgeable. They knew what fittings and hose type I would need for the corvette filter setup. Even offered to assemble and pressure test it before they ship it out. I think theyre in canada, so shipping was a short wait.
