Default Results from my 2500hd cam and lt swap

I just installed an 02 ls6 cam, 918's, pacesetter longtubes (kept the cats), and a powerbond underdrive pulley in my 2004 rclb 2500HD 2x4 6.0. I would have liked to do a bigger cam, but I had it laying around so I said why not.

I ran the truck a 2 weeks ago and at that point I had a cold air intake(or hot air depending on how you look at it), nelson 91 tune, and a magnaflow muffler. With those mods its best time was 15.24 @ 90.7mph w/ a 2.297 60' the best mph of the night was a 91.18

After the cam install I was afraid that the truck wasnt going to run better at the track. I thought that it might have givven up too much bottom end to actually run a quicker time. But I guess the top end felt so much better that it made the bottom end feel softer.

Well we went to the track last night and its best run was a 14.57 @ 95.23 mph w/ a 2.264 60' and a the best mph was 96.19. I couldnt believe it almost picked up 7 tenths and 5 mph. And this was in 90 degree heat.

There was also a new diesel 4x4 2500hd there running 13.0's @ 102mph with only a tune, fuel pump, intake and full exhaust

No the z06 cam does not lope. I dont think a cam with a 117lsa will ever lope?

it makes for a great sleeper cam
