removing plastic engine cover
I know this has been gone over, but I couldn't find it with a search. How do you do it? Thanks in advance! <img border="0" alt="[USA]" title="" src="graemlins/patriot.gif" /> Sam

Re: removing plastic engine cover
Using an 8mm socket turn counter-clockwise on the single bolt in middle engin cover. Once lose, with both hands remove upward and outward at a 45' angle untill the cover clears the rear ruber mount. Like all engin work make sure to disconect the negative cable on the battery, alway wear safty glasses, and never horseplay in the work area.

Re: removing plastic engine cover
Cashdude did have a point. The older, more square covers had two bolts, The newer, more round ones have only one bolt.
And this <img border="0" alt="[shoot]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" /> is not OSHA aproved in the work environment.
