Go to O'Reillys and get a set of A/C & Fuel Line quick disconnect tools. They are cheap. Find the right one to go into the connector to spread out the tabs keeping it connected together. When your doing this, have a rag wrapped around it to keep fuel from spraying everywhere. After you get that off, remove the torx screws at each end of the cross over tube. Wiggle it out of the way. Be carefull, there are o-rings at each end of the crossover tube. Dont lose them! Then disconnect each injector harness from the injectors. Give the fuel rail alittle tug to pop out the injectors and rail from the manifold as an assembly. Remove each clip on each injector. Then spin the injector a few times in the rail using the fuel to lube the o-ring. Then carefully pry out each injector from the fuel rail one by one. When reinstalling the injectors, use a very small amount of vasilene on the o-rings to lube them going back into the fuel rails and manifold.
