Default Relocating gas tank to bed

Has anybody relocated the stock gas tank to the bed? Or does anybody know what all needs to be done to do this? How hard, etc.? I'd like to be able to pump gas just like I do normally.
Jegs.com has these Jaz Circle Track fuel cell
Dimensions are: Fuel Cell 22-Gallon - 25'' wide x 17'' deep x 14'' tall

Hmm.. where did you wanna put that?

Are you just gonna have it in the bed?
You'll need a toneau cover for sure...

The ones that Ive seen that I liked were under the bed in the spare tire location.

Dont forget your gonna need a fuel pump etc...pluming.. and then a way to fill it if its not in the stock location....

I kinda liked the idea of haven the other tank full with 110 octane and leavn it full for the weight and added traction, then when you need that 200 NOS shot...

Wam bam....

I'm thinking of putting it in the bed up against the cab in the middle, but I don't know the best location for it. Where the spare is I've seen done, I like that too.
Like I said, I want to be able to fill it using the stock fill hole, is that feasible? Is that legal?
I dunno, I was just thinking of using it as the primary tank. Hell, add 2 back there for your idea Mac.
Better weight distribution plus free up space underneath for some dumped true duals

My dumps are on the passenger side of the truck, on the other side of the driveshaft from the tank.

Anyways .. to the tank idea. You won't be able to use the stock filler becuase it would be about the same hieght as the bottom of the new tank if it were in the back of the bed. That measn that all of the gas in the tank would be gravity fed through the stock filler. It would make a great spot to steal all your gas though!

I would think the best location for it in the bed would be at the back. Maybe the center of the tank just behind the rear axle so you will get the best use out of the weight that has been moved around.
