High 13's will be easy to hit with a cam, LT headers, stall and custom tune especially since you have a RCSB and 5.3L. What is your elevation btw and where are you located as higher elevation does have an impact on your times.
I wouldn't go too big on the cam especially with the TB converter. Most guys pick a 212/218, 214,220, 220/220 or close to it with 5.3's. If you got a 3000-3200 converter you could go mid 220's if you wanted.

My DD runs about a 14.4 quarter (at about 1000 ft elevation), cam, heads, LTs/exhaust, efans. This is a heavy Z71 on the stock converter. With a stall, I should be mid-high 13's. spray some N20 on top of that (depending on the shot), I'm looking at high 12's, low 13's.

a good sized stall some 410s lt just asic bolt ons should be in the 13s wo cam...alot of nnbs 5.3 around here have done it i think one has even gone 13.5 no cam......why not shoot for some 12sna.....a good size cam mid 220s then later do some heads and then an intake.....12s is the new 13s lol just like 12s is the new 11s and well u get the point lol
