Default Re-Tune Neccessary?

I just got a DMH cut out welded on and I was wondering if i should get my truck retuned for it?

I already cut .4 with it open over my flowbastard. Is there room for more?

Not unless your going to be running it with the cut-out open all the time.

wow, that's crazy. I never would have guessed that there would be that much improvement. I guess its time to redo my exhaust when my stand comes in. You go to UNLV too? How old are you?

In my expereince with cutouts in the past, I always ended up running richer with them open. I would tune on the street with normal exhaust and at the track I would run open exhaust. I was always running rich with the open setup if it was tuned for full exhaust.
