Cool Ram-Air vs. Cold Air Intake

I have a n/a 5.3 Joe Gibbs Silverado... should I look into getting a CAI or a RamAir intake? I came across this ram air but im not sure if it would fit with the joe gibbs exterior package?

That is not a ram air system, just another CAI. They do have a version with a snorkel that extends below the airbox that will bring cooler air in from below However it is not available for your Silverado
