Why do you have a "one wheel peel"? Don't the Z71's come with a posi unit? My 2000 G80 is still holding strong after 80K miles.

No, just single traction. I have an Eaton posi unit, I'm waiting for the bearing kit to come in. G80 was an option, and I never realized it until lots later. I really never intended to get mod fever, but it's unavoidable!

Here are the pics of where and how I mounted the remote senders for the fuel pressure and boost gauges. I used rubber to surround the gauge to insulate from causing vibration noieses and used zip-ties to secure them. The line with the purple tape is the fuel pressure line, the other is the boost.
The braided lines run out of the stock openings on the back of the fuse box cover. enjoy!

The bigger injectors should not scare you. They are there so when you need them the fuel is available. I have seen approx 3 more mph on the high way, and about the same on the street. It all depends on your driving habits

You just have to find the "sweet spot" in the throttle pedal, where it's not making boost, but still pulling on the highway. By the way, my truck is a 4x4, with 3.73's. I do have aftermarket wheel/tire combo, but took care to get a combo that was as close to the stock tire height as possible. Blownchevy, what do you think of my thoughts on the intercooler/heat exchanger. I know, I know.....too much time to think!!!
