And as far as the injector dilemma......I'm just going off of what Allen told me, that he has no problem tuning for any size pulley w/the 43 lber's and keeping a safe a:f

I think I'm going to go with a 3.0 pulley and purchase HP tuners for this truck,
Headers and 2.5in Dual exhaust with a X-pipe.
Any other mods I should consider?
Has anybody upgraded to a better more efficiant heat exchanger for the inercooler system (the one that sits in front of the AC condenser) if so what one did you go with.
Also what spark plugs and what Gap should they be.

I have to agree with CHarris on the injector size question. With a 6.0 and a smaller pulley i.e. 3.0, the 43lbs injectors are too small. With a professional tune, air/fuel ratio over 12.2, at 5500 rpm my injectors were cycling at 87%. That's too high. If I hypotheticly went to a 2.9 pulley, I would be in the 92-94% duty cycle range. To be safe, I think your injectors should not need to be over 70+ % at max. Most people due not dyno their machines so they don't know how close to the max they are running. My 2 cents.
