5200 is deffinatly too low. Try shifting it at like 5800, and you may hit high 13s.
Sorry to hear about the high IATs. Did you make sur the pump is working correctly, to circulate the coolent? Just a thought.

It looks as though there are definately some things going on. Do you have a boost gauge?? How much are you seeing?? I cant imagine how you are making so little rwhp. There are a couple trucks on here with a cam and a few bolt ons putting 315~ rwhp. After you get the kinks worked out Im sure the truck will be badass!! Good luck. Who did the install?? Has that been gone over??

where is your Intercooler heat exchanger located if you have a factory oil cooler it pushes the heat exchanger against the bowtie on chevy's. and really limits airflow to the intercooler. I moved mine and dropped IAT's 10 degrees

Here are a few autotap logs from the track the other night. Some of them show the staging and things, but you can figure out the runs by the current gear going from 1 to 3 or 4.

I meant for the other guy having prblems with his emblem blocking the intercooler.
Yours seems to have a bigger problem. Could it be that in is building up heat due to excess friction inside the blower housing and transfering that heat to your discharge air? Liek the tolerances inside the blower are too tight and parts are rubbing and causing the grinding noise you hear?

That could be the cause.
I tried to look at the log file you posted. After I got the extrenious PIDS out of there, I was left with about 6 useful ones.
Try logging just these.
O2 B1S1
O2 B2S1
TP%
MAF lbs/min
Timing
KR
RPM
Vehicle Speed
IAT
ECT
I think that's it. Someone else may chime in and give something I missed. All that extra stuff you had is totally un-needed and does ntohing but slow the refresh down significantly.
