I understand and like you idea for the adapter plate but how are you planning on fastening it to both pieces. I was looking at the bolt patterns on both pieces and dosnt look like the 3300's bolt patterns aren't quite big enough to completely incircle the Radix's. If you have overlaid the two patterens in a drawing or autocad, I would like to take a look at it.

The Radix intake manifold is a 2 pc design,I'm planning to bolt the 3300AX to the adaptor plate,the bolt the upper portion of the intake to the adapter plate,then bolt the upper intake to the lower,countersinking any bolts that might interfear with a flush fit.

If your thinking about intercooling a whipple you should talk to Ryan23Silverado... He did a intercooler for his whipple.
