Default Radiator/Coolant Question

Down here in LA the heat is causing my truck to overheat a little. Only one of my flex-a-lite fans is working. It keeps the temp usually around 180* and in the heat of the day in stop and go traffic it creeps up to ~200*.

Anyways, I've never changed or had to add any coolant. Is there something I can do to make my truck run a little bit cooler until I can fix one of the dual fans that is broke? I've already got the 160* thermostat.

200 degrees isn't going to hurt anything. My stock 5.3 runs about there all the time with the stock stat.

My problem is, it keeps going over 200*. Should have said that earlier. Sorry, I was at work and in a hurry!
