Default radiator?

My trucks a 99 modal 1500 and its got the factory 28in single core radiator and I got a single large efan on it but it warms up when I idle around town with a/c on, the fan seems to move alot of air so im thinking I just need a larger radiator. Iv found that most people upgrade to the 34in which I think they make in single and dual core, but my problem is iv got my intercooler piping running right along each side of my rad and id have to redo all that to fit the wider rad. Does anyone know if they make a dual core 28? Or anything that cools better then the stock one?

Do ya still have trans lines run into radiator im geussn not im running fbody fans that are hooked up to pcm but I havnt used my ac yet either. The 34" radiator should work fine for ya but you cab always looking into a custom radiator. Just today since its 95 out my truck warmed up quick within 2 blocks but never did get to hot with just one single fan on high

Its just an aftermarket fan, it fits perfect top to bottom but its about 2 inchs short left to right. It seems to pull alot of air, just as much as the ls1 fans do. It actually started when I stuck this 4in air-air infront of the radiator, never had any problems with the old ls1 in there. I can redo the piping if I have to but I didn't really want to. I want it setup to not overheat on a 100 degree day with the a/c on idleing so my wife can drive it when she needs the truck.

I used LT1 Efans for a few years on the 28" and 3 of my buddys are running them now with no heating up issues with AC wide open.
