Default radiator and 05 efan upgrade

what all do u have to do to put the 05 and up bigger radiator and e-fans to go with it. ive been wanting to do this for a while and i think its time. ill just sell my ls1 fans afterwards.thanks,denny

Radiator is a direct drop in. For the fans it depends on how you want to wire them. The easy thing to do would be to use the same harness you are using for the ls1 fans.

there's no moding needed to fit the bigger radiator ?? it will just drop in

Radiator drops right in, you just have to trim the rubber flaps on both sides of it attached to the radiator support.

I got the bigger rad and efans from a 2007 NBS truck, and the rad and fans dropped right in, and i didnt even trim the rubber flaps, i also completely flushed out the old dexcool and put in some prestone coolant. I used a harness from Nelson Performance and it works great, the *** dyno says there was alittle power there, ive seen people say something like 15 horses, but i dont think it was that much.

i already have ls1 fans i just wanted to get the bigger radiator for better cooling , i definately noticed a difference when i took the ol clutch fan off. on what year models did the bigger radiators start coming out?

I got mine from radiator.com they price matched ebay and have a warehouse local to me so I got it delivered to my door the same day I ordered.
