Anyone used the race series magnaflow on a 5.3L truck? Any thoughts? Any sound clips?

 

If you want loud, thats the muffler to get, no firsthand experience with them though.

 

Well first of all, I do not have a 5.3 (8.2 instead 502 CID). However, I had true duals 3” with Flowmaster race mufflers (very, very loud). I wanted to calm down the noise a little. So I am now running true duals 3.5” with Magnaflow race mufflers (much, much quieter). I also use dual QTP cut outs. On my truck the Magnaflow’s are much quieter than the Flowmaster’s.
