Default 6.0 swap = Throwing codes

Well finally swaped my 5.3 to a 6.0 yesterday and have gotten the codes po171 banks 1&2 and po174 bank 1&2 i checked for vaccum leaks by spraying the intake manifold with no jump in the idle checked a spark plug tip and its like a off white color. i installed delphi 42# injectors with the motor swap. What to do next?

heres photos of the spark plug, i should also mention that the truck doesn't like to start until i crank it about 4 times.

im assuming you mean contact wheatley, do you think my starting issue could be from running too lean?
